So this deck is obviously getting five stars from me because it is my first tarot deck， and I use it all the time， and we have such a connection it's uncanny。 I love these cards。 My boyfriend got me these as a gift which was amazing， because if you believe in old time superstitions， that's how you're supposed to receive your tarot decks。 He spent a really long time picking out which ones to get for me and I appreciate the time and effort he put into choosing this deck for me。 He definitely chose So this deck is obviously getting five stars from me because it is my first tarot deck， and I use it all the time， and we have such a connection it's uncanny。 I love these cards。 My boyfriend got me these as a gift which was amazing， because if you believe in old time superstitions， that's how you're supposed to receive your tarot decks。 He spent a really long time picking out which ones to get for me and I appreciate the time and effort he put into choosing this deck for me。 He definitely chose a deck that compliments me and works with me so well。 This deck is really the thing that made me feel like the witchy lady I am。 The cards themselves are fantastic。 The art is exactly what they expect them to be， very traditional tattoo style， and theres a lot of imagery used that allows you to interpret the meaning based off the card itself， which is handy when you're starting to learn。 The cards feel like a typical deck of cards， too， which is SO nice because it makes them really easy to shuffle and pull cards when you need them。 They're very tall cards， so they're not a normal deck of cards size。 I like how big they are because I think they're easy to use， but if you're trying to be subtle， or you're in the broom closet， these might be hard to hide。 The major arcana is my personal favorite part of these cards， as they really stand out from the rest of the deck， which helps me recognize that pulling a major arcana can be a big deal。 That being said the major and minor arcana definitely FEEL different when you pull them， so if you want something that's super cohesive throughout the whole deck， then this isn't for you。 This deck comes in a really aesthetically pleasing box that you can keep your cards in， which I keep them in， personally。 It feels appropriate to keep them in this box， as it fits them perfectly。 Not that you couldn't put them in a tarot bag or wrap them in whatever you wanted。 It's up to you。 The box is sturdy so if you want to take them with you places， You totally can safely in the box。 I could gush about this deck all day， but there is one MAJOR gripe I have with it and it's with the guidebook that comes with it。 First of all， it's in the most flimsy binding。 I've only had my deck for a couple of months， and there's already visible wear and tear， which is annoying。 Second， although it does give you some context on tarot and the differences between the suits ands the major and minor arcana， the actual description of each individual card is vague at BEST。 They come with adjectives or phrases to describe how you can interpret this card positively or negatively， but form my research that's not usually how decks work。 There's no interpretation of it in reverse， or any description of the imagery or anything （which is annoying because there is not deck quite like this one specifically， so if I'm looking for guidance in the interpretation， I kind of have to figure it out myself。） Not that the internet doesn't exist and I can't look up meanings of cards in reverse， but each deck is different and that will only give me a general interpretation for that specific card。 Which is annoying。 I wish this deck came with a hardcore guidebook that described each deck in significant detail， like some other decks do。 It would be super helpful。 That being said， I love these cards， and the love my partner put into choosing them for me。 I love how easy it is to get a clear answer from the universe/spirit， and I love that they came in their own box。 I'd recommend these to anyone， even despite my problems with the guide book because I think they're great for beginners。 。。。more
